The American Chamber of Commerce in Russia is continuing its AmCham Women’s Leadership Program with a round table event to be held in conjunction with the Pacific-Eurasia Business Alliance on March 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (MSK) at the Marina Tsevetaeva House-Museum (6 Borisoglebsky Lane, Bldg. 1, Moscow).

The goal is to identify the competitive factors that contribute to leadership effectiveness for women: team management, decision-making, effective communication, women leaders’ core values and principles, motivation markers.

- How great leaders build strong teams and partnerships;
- Internal motivation and development of potential;
- Effectively leveraging resources.
