High-level event in Dubai “US - Pacific-Eurasia: Where Interests Meet"

On December 9, 2025, PEBA held a 2 in 1 high-level business event “US – Pacific-Eurasia: Where Interests Meet", in Dubai. The event was organized in partnership with Russian authorities, Agency for Strategic Initiatives, RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

The event brought together leading US, international and Russian companies. Keynote speakers included: Robert Agee, President & CEO, American Chamber of Commerce in Russia; Denis Tyupyshev, RF Deputy Minister of Economic Development; Ernar Bakenov, Director of the Business Development Department, Eurasian Economic Commission; Andrey Zarenin, RF Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, and others. Participants discussed ways and mechanisms for effective engagement with government stakeholders. Representatives of the Russian Government reaffirmed their readiness to maintain an open and constructive dialogue with both returning and new investors at every stage of the decision-making process.
